Refund and Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with the received item, consider the following options:
- exchange the item for another one
- have it repaired
- get the refund
In some cases we will not be able to accept the ordered item back.
These are the steps that should be taken:
- Please send us your email to explain the problem you have to the following address: --------- .
- In your email make sure to specify whether you would like to have the item refunded, exchanged, or repaired under the manufacturer's warranty. Please indicate your order number in the email.
- You will receive our e-mail with a return code. Enclose this code to the package you send to us. We will indicate the address to send the item to us to get the refund, exchange or have it repaired.
Note:
- Remember to include all the links which accompanied the item, if it had any of them. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the item will be accepted back.
- If you want to get the refund, the item must feature no defects or damages. It should be in the same condition as you received it from us.
- Please remember, any intentional damage or any damage caused while delivering or wearing the item will not to be covered. We will deliver the returned item to our special quality division where it will be tested to determine the defect's character.
- Try to keep the item away from damages by handling it carefully. The crown of the watch should be well-screwed to keep the inner mechanisms away from water and dust. Avoid pressing the stem too hardly. Any accidental damage caused by the reasons mentioned above will not be compensated.
- We are usually able to eliminate most of the manufacture's defects. If not, we will send you a new item of the same model.
- If we do not have the same item at stock, you may choose to buy another item available at the same price. If you decide to acquire a model for the higher price, please enclose money to he order to cover the price difference.
- If you choose an item offered for the smaller than the initial one, we will refund the deference. If you want to have the item exchanged, we will pay you back the shipping charge.
- If you want to get the refund, you will have to cover a $10 re-stocking fee.
- In case the item purchased by you was lost, please wait for 30 days. During this time we will try to track the package's way. If we do not find the package , you will get the refund.
Note: You will be required to cover all extra-charges.
- Please remember, our company is not able to foresee all possible problems that may appear during the shipping and delivering of the item you ordered. That is why it sometimes happens our customers are required to cover additional duty charges. We are not able to specify the charges in the policy as they depend on the country where the package is sent.
- When your parcel is delivered to you, a courier will ask an adult person to leave one's signature. If the courier fails to receive an adult signature, he will leave the message for you and deliver the parcel to the nearest post office.
